In 2008, Cigar Aficionado magazine chose Casa Magna as the Number “1” cigar of the year. This new Casa Magna comes with Cuban-seed Honduran Oscuro wrapper rich and oily, with a robust blend of Cuban-seed Nicaraguan and Honduran blend bound with longleaf Honduran binder. Handmade in Honduras, it is Full-body with hints of sweet cedar, coffee and cocoa and subtle complexity, a bit of sweetness and powerful aroma.
Manuel Quesada achieved a big “93” hit rating with the Casa Magna and the new Oscuru is considered to be his greatest innovation since that landmark. The cigars are extensively aged and carefully fermented to perfection and after rolling, they go through further aging cedar vaults, then released in very limited quantities. Each Casa Magna Oscuro burns slow and cool, providing a rich and pleasing smoking experience.
Received an epic 90-rating from Cigar Aficionado magazine in the March 2010 issue!
